Ah this has been a long long week, but just one more class, and it's finally over! And it should be a fun weekend too... tonight is Phi Kappa Pi (Merriman)'s spring formal, so somehow after class I have to quick get all pretty, and we will be taking buses to the Wedgewood Country Club in Omro. I'm really excited because formals themselves are always an amazing time, but seriously, what beats an excuse to get all dressed up?!
Then tomorrow is the long-awaited Merriman Ultimate Frisbee for Leukemia tournament... if you've been keeping up with some of my other blogs, you'll know that this is something we've been fundraising for a LONG time for... selling hot dogs, putting jars around town, sending out letters for donations, etc... and we've also been practicing the game so our team doesn't embarrass ourselves this year. It is forcasted to rain, but at this point, I really don't care. Rain or shine, our team will be out there giving it our all, because these months of preparation are not going to be snuffed out because we "might get wet!"

- My college career has officially reached the home stretch, and my feelings are a mixture of relief and sadness. Of course, my years at Ripon have been unforgettable, but at the same time, I am excited to see what the next stages of my life will bring. I am currently the Scholarship Chair and Recruitment Information Manager for my sorority. I am also a student representative on the Alumni Board. I have three internships: one, as a student writer for the college's office of marketing and communication, one as a writer at a local pr firm in town, and one as the Marketing Coordinator for a medical recruitment firm based in Chicago. In my spare time (which comes in sparse amounts) I love RELAXING, hanging out with my friends, and enjoying all of the FUN college has to offer. :-)
