BUSY

Wow, things have been extremely busy for me lately. I'd love to say that my entire schedule was packed with insanely fun activities and nothing else, but in reality, I've had a lot of work to do. Last week I had an abundance of homework, along with a few time-sensitive press releases I needed to turn out for my internship. No worries, though. I finished it all and am still alive. I went home last weekend for yet ANOTHER wedding. Although this one was my aunt's, and there were far less Riponites around to entertain me than last weekend. Thus, I actually ducked out of the reception a little early so that I could make the two-and-a-half hour drive back to campus. I didn't want to be out of the loop on ALL of the weekend's festivities, did I now?
As much as I love weddings and the people in them, one thing about the last two weekends has me slightly bummed out. I've missed two of my boyfriend's football games. Not only is it his last year, I just love going to football games in general. All of us Redhawks crowded on the bleachers in the scorching weather of August and the frigid weather of October, something about it makes me really happy to be here and to know all of these people.
This weekend, I have a chance to redeem myself as both a loyal fan and supportive girlfriend; there's a home game on Saturday against Knox College. With my weekend schedule relatively vacant, I WILL be there.
